Plan your trip in the off-season which runs from September to May. It is cheaper and you will be able to see so much more. A lot of times you can ride a majority of the rides within 10 minutes. Check the All-Star Resorts, they can be the cheapest on-site lodging. Camping is always another option. Fort Wilderness offers tent sites, and RV hook-ups.

Disney - Food
Always try to eat outside the park but at some point you will have to eat inside the park. Adult size food portions at the restaurants are a good size and you can usually share your meal with a small child. Make sure to carry water bottles into the park and refill them through out the day.
If you would like to eat at some of the nicer reastarauts inside Disney you should defiantly head over to Epcot. Make sure you make reservations beforehand because a majority of the restaurants are booked in the evenings. Actually, reservations at some places like Canada need to be made months in advance. Lunch is usually a better option at Epcot and can be cheaper.

They are cheaper and this will allow you to plan exactly what you want to do while you are there and not make rash decisions when you are standing at the ticket booth. It is usually best to purchase the Park Hopper pass as this will allow you to go from park to park during the day ensuring you hit all the major attractions like parades and night time shows in the various parks.
